Katherine McCormick

So you rush and rush, hurry hurry until you can
hurry no more and your knee where you
twisted it in school starts to burn when
the sky grays and drops fall and your
hair thins, changes color as you
change shape, slow down and
tire faster but you ignore the
signs and plan for the
next day and the
next and the
next day

Katherine McCormick is a visual artist and writer who lives in a tiny town in rural Maryland close to the water, corn fields, and not much else.
