Eduardo Frajman

Old man with mutt

The old man shrugs
when I ask
what breed is his dog
and deadpans
in a Balkanic accent,
“I keep asking him
Who is your father?
He doesn’t say.”

Eduardo Frajman lives in Evanston, Illinois.
